Privacy policy statement

Privacy is important.  All reasonable endeavours are taken to ensure your privacy is protected.  No names are used in any testimonials, only an initial, and in some cases town, state, country.  Any photos on this website are with permission.  Permission was granted at the time the photo was taken.  A photo of a person can be removed, by written request from that person only.  At events, permission maybe requested to video, if you don’t wish to be on camera, please advise prior to attendance.

Personal Data – When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Payment

All services direct with sharonmcl are pre-paid via cash, direct debit or Paypal.  An invoice will be issued on request and valid for 7days.  If payment is not received prior to the scheduled date of service, or within 7days of the invoice, then no services will be provided.

The Giveaway

The giveaway is a sacred gift.   It is where there is no exchange of payment; yet spirit and the energies have advised sharonmcl of the need.  Any digital or online giveaways maybe turned on and off without notice.  Anything on this website or via sharonmcl’s other media sources, still falls under these terms, conditions and copyright.

  • A treasured pet artworks can be created from a photo – sharonmcl creates an original A5 size work of art – (example 2025 prices for watercolor/pen & pencil $185.20 plus postage) If you pay cash & can pickup, you receive a free frame for A5 size.
  • All artworks, fees depend on size .65c – $1 per cm square, and can vary on medium & special requirements.
  • You own the original artwork, yet sharonmcl has the right to any photo or print thereof.
