Wk1 Goal Setting – decide what you are ready to do. Write it out in any affirmation. Make sure you are 100% supportive of your own goals. Be SMART about it & Find your treasure.




Wk2 Check your motivation – know your why? Shift your blocks.
Wk3 SCORE – know your strengths, challenges, opportunities, risks and everything!
Wk4 Continued Action – ensure you choose progressive action each week.
Wk5 Identify, Assess, Control and Monitor – with any transformation, you need to identify what you want, assess your progress, control your risks & challenges, and continue to monitor.
Wk6 Round up – what worked, what didn’t, what are your next steps…
