Have you ever experienced that stuck feeling or feeling in a funk?
What do you do now??? Is it effective?? What CAN you DO to clear it?
– Upgrade, open, align and balance the chakras (or energy centres)
– Clear your auric fields of cords, hooks etc (send healing to energy lines or centres)
– Be conscious of your emotions and thoughts, release what does not lift you (know how to shift)
– Change your diet, change your movement (try dance or yoga)
– Change your posture (feel uplifted)
– Have a clearing bath (salt, magnesium or what suits you)
– Clear your space (know what works for you)
If you need assistance in clearing, ask your highest guides, archangels, beings of the highest light, source codes and highest light, unicorns, dragons, elementals and ancestors.
Lessons of a light worker: I’ve been in this unfolding industry since 1990; and although the energies have changed there are still many sitting in the old limitations. Quite frankly it’s easy to get caught in this field of lower consciousness. In all things we are a product of our choices. You can choose to be limited or limitless. You can choose to receive support from multiple ways or you can choose only one. You can choose to be over sensitive by your gifts or you can choose to know your sensitivity is one of your greatest gifts.
The challenge is watching others not reaching their potentials, yet knowing there is always more potential for all. We are all connected, yet you cannot do the journey of another. Each have chosen their path.
Compassion for others and compassion for self. Forgiveness for others and forgiveness for self. Healing for self and healing for others. Love for others and love for the self. Light for others and light for yourself. Peace for others and peace for self. Freedom for others and freedom for self.
Let’s try a difference doorway, still under the energetic umbrella. This is a version of Exercise 7 from Part1 Chapter2 from sharonmcl’s book “Wounded to Wow – a path to oneness’ published in 2019. If you could talk to your feeling of stuck, what would the feeling be? Is there Anger, Sadness, Guilt, Blame, Shame, Unforgiveness etc. Just name, the first feeling that comes to mind.
Where does it sit in your body?
If it had a thought, what would that thought be?
Thank them all for being there. For what if, this feeling of stuck, had a message, a lesson, something it was trying to teach you, what would it be? Thank it.
Once you recognise, it cannot remain the same, it has to shift. So you are no longer stuck. It may have shifted in a small way, or completed released, depending on the depth of the lesson.
Breathe… You are renewed, you are changed……You have the potential to be all that you can be, for the highest good. Thank the highest guides and angels for their support.
What is the difference between a trigger and a process?
One often precedes the other. A word, issue or event can create a TRIGGER. This trigger will then most often put you into PROCESS.
A great reminder of a trigger are the words by Bryant McGill “The more something upsets you, the more it is meant for you. When it no longer upsets you, it is no longer needed, because the lesson is complete”. The process is getting to the point where you have learnt, and are no longer triggered.
If it is easier, think of a trigger as a button with the very thing you need to learn written on it. Take a moment, breathe, close your eyes……….in your minds eye, imagine a button, what would the word look like, sound like, feel like, be like. If you knew what would the word be written on your button? What would your current lesson be?
If you understand what the lesson is, how can you quickly process it, to learn the lesson?
Know yourself. Know your strengths, challenges, opportunities and risks in all things in your life. If you wish to process quickly, use your strengths, understand your challenges, and get new skills to strengthen. Use your strengths and opportunities to mange your risks. Identify your potentials.
Learn a new skill. Here is a free one for you, write an affirmation to support and motivate yourself. Motivation to achieve your best. Motivation is an inside job.
Use cards to assist you to see, feel, hear and know; the quickjest path to learning your lesson. Example 7 card Reading: 1. what is my current lesson? 2. what do I still need to learn, overall? 3. Physically 4. Emotionally 5. Mentally, 6. Spiritual, 7. Highest path and outcome.
Draw a mind-map and an action plan.
Life is about change. This Ritual of release was written for all whom are going through changes, feeling stuck, and having challenges letting go. This can be in regard to anything you are ready to release, including a vow or a promise with an individual or a group or just a situation. The words can be altered to suit what the individual needs to release. Use this with your own free will and choice, or write a more specific ritual for you.
