Comfort Zones

What are your comfort zones?

^Limits you set yourself, based on your beliefs.

^If you are out of your comfort zone, you will feel stress.

^You can stretch your comfort zones by changing your beliefs.

A comfort zone can become habit forming and routine.  Its a fine line of balance between being in a rut, and stressing yourself out by moving way out of your comfort zones.  Have you ever noticed how the more you do, the more you can do; and less you do, the less you will do?  That’s all about your comfort zones.

How can you stretch your comfort zones?  Stretching is good, to takes you out of comfort and into a space of stretching into possibilities.  If you go beyond stretching you can find yourself in the danger zone of hurt and panic, which is non-productive.  Beliefs can hold you in your zones.
